Partner

Daniel Hager

of Counsel

Dan acts as “of counsel” with the firm. He has substantial experience in the defense of professionals – primarily lawyers. He has defended countless malpractice, malicious prosecution, and other claims against lawyers in state and federal trial and appellate courts.

Office Manager

Sylvia Bernardino has been with the firm since 2001 and is the senior staff member at Roeca Haas Montes De Oca.


She received her B.A. in Political Science from San Francisco State University. She loves, loves, loves her dog Prince Buddy!
